What we collect it for
We collect and analyse survey and registration responses to understand community views on the proposals for Land at Cherry Tree Lane, Wheathampstead, St Albans, and to report on them in a Statement of Community Involvement submitted with the planning application.
How it's reported
Responses are reported anonymously and in aggregate. Individual responses are not published.
How long we keep it
Personal data is retained until 12 months after the planning application is determined, and then deleted.
Sharing your data
Your data is not shared with third parties, except in anonymised, aggregated form within the Statement of Community Involvement submitted to St Albans City and District Council.
Analytics
We collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how many people visit this site; no cookies, no individual tracking. Because it uses no cookies and never identifies individual visitors, no cookie consent banner is needed. None of your survey or registration data ever leaves our database.
