This is a pre-application consultation by Warren Property Group, not a planning application. If an application is submitted, St Albans City and District Council will run its own consultation.
Thank you to everyone who shared their views on the proposals for the land at Cherry Tree Lane. The consultation ran from 14 September to 6 October 2026 and all responses received are being reviewed. Feedback will be summarised in a Statement of Community Involvement submitted with the outline planning application, which will also explain how the proposals have evolved in response to what we heard.
